Completion! (read below for progress reports)
The Everett Dick Administration Building interior refinish on the Union College Campus was completed end of summer 2014 and students have enjoyed this space during the 2015-2015 school year and we hope for many more to come.

We have started work at Union College. Summer 2014, we are working on a project to update the lobby and restrooms of the Union College Administration building to open the space to more natural light and a better environment for student learning. Plans of raising the ceilings, extending the West side lobby, and completely redoing the bathrooms will bring a refreshing look to this central building on campus. We will be working throughout the entire summer in order to be done by our August 15th completion date so that as students begin to move onto the college campus August 17th they can enjoy a fresh look for the new school year.

The work is well on its way! The Dick building has really begun to change as walls and ceilings as we knew them begin to disappear. Word on the street is, this building will be a lot more enjoyable by the students due to a larger common area and better lighting.

It may not be pretty but it sure is progressing. Walls are being knocked out as the main lobby and entry ways become wider and more easily accessed. Bathrooms are near completion. We are still set to finish on time, August 15th, as students begin to move in and before classes begin.

Twenty days since our last update, and we are seeing some SERIOUS progress! This will really be a beautiful area for the kids to enjoy for this school year and many more to come. We are still set to finish right on time.
